(Annoor) 24 : 18
وَيُبَيِّنُ اللَّهُ لَكُمُ الْآيَاتِ ۚ وَاللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ
And the Lord Allah explains His verses clearly to you, and Allah is the Knowing, the Wise.
The Three-Time-Knower Lord sent down Adhikr to entire mankind to fulfill the aim of life by testifying to It. So the believer will utilize all his favors for propagating Adhikr to the entire mankind as explained in verse 9: 60. See explanation 8: 46; 9: 47 and 10: 57-58.
